On the front is the waterproof junction box (IP65 weatherproof), a clamped connection cable and a waterproof Westech C4 connector. The solar modules are flexible and can be glued or screwed to curved or bent surfaces.

Warning

The selected bending radius must be at least 2 m. Since the solar cells themselves are brittle, walking on them with shoes or barefoot can cause small hairline cracks in the solar cells, which can lead to a reduction in performance.
It is therefore recommended in any case not to walk on the solar cells.
When glued to the roof of a car or camper van, the wind or the engine can cause vibrations which also cause the solar module to vibrate.
These vibrations also cause small cracks in the solar cells, which over time lead to a loss of power and total failure of the cells.
